What BluWavs Does
BluWavs provides:
- Funding readiness assessment and preparation
- Document collection, organization, and review
- Business plan and financial projection templates
- Lender-ready package creation
- Connection to third-party funding partners
- Application tracking and status updates
What BluWavs Does NOT Do
- Make lending decisions
- Guarantee funding approval
- Guarantee specific loan amounts, interest rates, or terms
- Act as a lender, broker, or financial institution
- Provide financial, legal, or investment advice
Third-Party Funding Partners
BluWavs works with third-party funding providers including but not limited to:

No Guarantee of Approval
Even with complete and thorough preparation, funding approval is never guaranteed. Approval depends on:
- Your personal and business credit history
- Business financials and cash flow
- Industry and business type
- Collateral and personal guarantees
- Lender-specific criteria and risk assessment
- Current market and economic conditions
Your Responsibilities
When using BluWavs funding services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Review all documents before submission
- Understand that you are applying to third-party lenders
- Read and understand lender terms before accepting any offer
- Consult financial and legal advisors as needed
Credit Inquiries
Applying for funding may result in credit inquiries by third-party lenders. Hard credit inquiries may temporarily affect your credit score. BluWavs does not perform credit inquiries directly.
Fees and Costs
BluWavs charges fees for our preparation and management services as outlined in our packages. Any fees charged by third-party lenders (origination fees, closing costs, etc.) are separate and determined by those lenders.
