Digital Products
All digital products, guides, templates, and downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once purchased, you have immediate access to the materials.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime through your portal settings. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Done-For-You Services
Done-For-You (DFY) services are refundable only if no work has begun. Once work commences on your project, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Custom work is non-transferable.

Processing Time
