BluWavs partners with Nexa Lending to provide real-estate funding options. Nexa Lending is an independent lending institution that provides:

FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage loans
Non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) financing
DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans for investors
Refinancing options
Home purchase and investment property loans

Lending Decisions

All lending decisions, including approval, denial, interest rates, loan terms, and conditions, are made solely by Nexa Lending. BluWavs has no authority over or influence on these decisions.

BluWavs provides:

Document collection and organization
Lender-ready package creation
Application support and guidance
Status tracking and communication facilitation

Data Sharing

When you apply for real-estate funding through Nexa Lending, BluWavs will share your submitted documents and information with Nexa Lending for processing your loan application. By proceeding with a Nexa application, you consent to this data sharing.

No Guarantees

BluWavs makes no guarantees regarding:

Loan approval or denial
Interest rates or loan terms
Processing timelines
Specific loan amounts or conditions
